RECEIVING REPORTS SYSTEM

Delivery containing a complaint good has to be signified with a RMA number generated from the complaint system:  reklamacje.kgktrade.pl

Complaints which were not reported via the complaint system reklamacje.kgktrade.pl will not be taken under consideration!

In order to start a complaint procedure:

WARRANTY CARD

1. KGK TRADE Sp. z o.o. sp.k. Based in Cracow hereinafter referred to as “Guarantor” ensures efficient operation of the device indicated in the warranty, hereinafter referred to as the “Product”.

2. The warranty is granted for 24 months from the date of purchase of the Product and is valid in the European Union. The warranty applies only in the case of physical defects arising from causes inherent in the sold Product. The guarantor covers the cost of returning the Product after the warranty repair service in Poland. Purchasers from outside of Poland are required to cover costs of transport to the Service and after service repairs (return transport).

3. For consumable items such as: batteries, accumulators, electrochemical sensors and other mobile parts that subject to natural wear, the manufacturer’s warranty period is 6 months.

4. The Guarantor confirms that the consumable materials attached to the Product on the date of original purchase are free from defects, and also remain in such condition for at least 6 months from that day.
5. Before submitting a complaint about the Product, the purchaser should:
a. Back up all the relevant data and then delete (if necessary) confidential and private information from fixed media (e.g. internal memory) and remove media containing such data (e.g. memory card). The Service is not responsible for any damage or loss of any programs or data left in the device sent for the repair.
b. Record the model name and serial number (if the product has one) and describe the problem.
c. Get familiarized with FAQ and problems solving instructions in the user’s manual or at www.xblitz.pl
d. Before transferring the Product to the Service, it is recommended to reset the system to restore its default configuration. You must also remove optional accessories, external connections and self-installed holders and wires.

6. Defects of the Product revealed during the warranty period will be removed by the Authorized Service of the Guarantor.

7. The terms of the guarantee and the rights and obligations of the Guarantor and the Purchaser shall be specified in the content contained in this warranty, which the Buyer of the Product should read before purchasing. At the time of purchasing the Product, the Buyer confirms that he accepts the terms of the warranty.

8. The document which confirms the conclusion of the above-mentioned agreement is a Warranty Card together with a document confirming the sale (VAT invoice or cash register receipt). The changes made to the warranty card (obliteration, blurring, changes in content) cause its cancellation.

9. The product should be used in accordance with its intended purpose resulting from the concluded sales contract and the operating conditions described in the user’s manual. Using the Product contrary to its purpose or operating conditions will void the warranty.

10. The warranty repair does not include activities that are provided in the instruction manual, which oblige the Purchaser to carry them out independently (configuration of the device, installation of equipment, protection against external conditions, replacement of consumable items).

11. The Buyer is entitled to warranty repair only in the event of a complaint being made within the warranty period.

12. Use of a defective Product may lead to further damage. The Guarantor shall not be liable for damages resulting from the Buyer’s use of a defective Product.

13. The warranty does not cover:
a. mechanical, electrical, chemical and thermal damages or intended damage to the equipment and defects caused by them (impact, fall, flooding or immersion)
b. damages and defects that result from improper or inconsistent use, improper storage or maintenance of equipment, user’s negligence
c. damage caused by peripheral devices of other manufacturers (including, among others, visible damage to the mainboard or other electronic component, such as burn-in from an electric spark, melting, separation, etc.),
d. Products damaged by fire, flood, lightning (also indirect) or other natural disasters, flooding, overvoltages in the mains, connection to the mains in a manner inconsistent with the instruction manual
e. damage to the equipment that has not been delivered to the Service in an additional secure packaging (eg no unit packaging along with additional outer carton as well as foil / sponge)

14. The warranty covers only hardware defects that were caused by defective parts and / or production defects and does not cover the cases listed in point. 13 of this warranty.

15. The damaged equipment is delivered to the Authorized Service at its own cost, the address of which is available at www.xblitz.pl.

16. Product’s defects or damages reported during the warranty period will be removed free of charge within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery the product to the Service. The service has the right to extend the period of repair or exchange up to 30 calendar days and longer if the required repairs can not be carried out due to import / export restrictions on equipment and spare parts or other legal provisions or unforeseen circumstances preventing repairs.

17. The consignment with the complainted product must be marked with the RMA number generated in the complaint system: www. reklamacje.kgktrade.pl. Complaints not submitted in the complaint system reklamacje.kgktrade.pl will not be accepted.

18. Defective Product or its parts, which have been replaced in the case of warranty repairs, become the property of the Service.

19. The Guarantor undertakes to exchange the Product with the same or similar technical and operational parameters if:
a. during the warranty period, 3 warranty repairs will be made and the Product will still not be able to be used in its intended purpose,
b. the removal of the defect will not be possible or will require the Service to incur excessive costs.

20. In the event of replacement the equipment with another one is impossible, the Guarantor reserves the right to decide on the return of the receivables in accordance with the purchase invoice price.

21. Before proceeding with the repair, the Service always verifies the damage of the complained Product. At the time of claiming that the Product:
a. will be efficient, damaged by the fault of the Buyer or does not meet the conditions set out above, the Service will charge the Buyer with the costs of transport from the Service
b. in the event of a Product failure resulting from obvious damage for which the Guarantor is not liable, of which the Buyer also knew or could easily find out without having special knowledge, the Service may also charge the costs associated with testing the Product.

22. The buyer has no right to claim reimbursement of lost profits due to the failure of the Product.

23. In case of suspected violation of the shipment or damage of the Product during transport, please use the following procedure:
a. after receiving the parcel each time check the condition of the package in the presence of the courier (the parcel should be secured with tape if it is not or is in any way violated, this means that the parcel was opened by unauthorized persons),
b. each time you should unpack and check the contents of the parcel in the presence of the courier and in case of damage to the content, draw up an appropriate damage report, then contact the Authorized Service of the Guarantor and inform about the situation.

24. The Guarantor informs that this warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the Buyer’s rights under the provisions of the warranty for defects in the item sold.

1. KGK TRADE Sp. z o.o. s.k. Based in Cracow hereinafter referred to as “Guarantor” ensures efficient operation of the device indicated in the warranty, hereinafter referred to as the “Product”.
2. The warranty is granted for 60 months from the date of purchase of the Product and is valid in the European Union. The warranty applies only in the case of physical defects arising from causes inherent in the sold Product. The guarantor covers the cost of returning the Product after the warranty repair service in Poland. Purchasers from outside of Poland are required to cover costs of transport to the Service and after service repairs (return transport).
3. Warranty is valid only in case of regular repairs and calibrations in an authorized service, not less than once a year. The device is properly calibrated from news. Any offered breathalyzer demands periodic calibration which means once every 12 months (it is recommended to do it once per 6 months), so it is able to correctly clarify the amount og alcohol in an exhaled air. The need of next calibration is not a disadvantage of the device and is not covered by the warranty. The device which is not being calibrated regularly will not work properly.

4. Materials such as sensor and pump have a 6-month warranty period.

5. The Guarantor confirms that the consumable materials attached to the Product on the date of original purchase are free from defects, and also remain in such condition for at least 6 months from that day.

6. Before declaring a claim of the product, the Purchaser should:
a) Type down the name of the model and the serial number (if given product has one) and create a problem description
b) Get familiar with the user’s manual and problems solving (or FAQ) located in the user’s documentation or on the website: www.xblitz.pl

7. Defects of the Product revealed during the warranty period will be removed by the Authorized Service of the Guarantor.

13. Use of a defective Product may lead to further damage. The Guarantor shall not be liable for damages resulting from the Buyer’s use of a defective Product.
14. The warranty does not cover:
a. mechanical, electrical, chemical and thermal damages or intended damage to the equipment and defects caused by them (impact, fall, flooding or immersion)
b. damages and defects that result from improper or inconsistent use, improper storage or maintenance of equipment, user’s negligence
c. Products repaired by persons unathorized by the importer (e.g. Unathorized service).
d. Products damaged by fire, flood, lightning (also indirect) or other natural disasters, flooding, overvoltages in the mains, connection to the mains in a manner inconsistent with the instruction manual
e. damage to the equipment that has not been delivered to the Service in an additional secure packaging (eg no unit packaging along with additional outer carton as well as foil / sponge)
15. The warranty covers only hardware defects that were caused by defective parts and / or production defects and does not cover the cases listed in point. 13 of this warranty.
16. The damaged equipment is delivered to the Authorized Service at its own cost, the address of which is available at www.xblitz.pl.
17. Product’s defects or damages reported during the warranty period will be removed free of charge within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery the product to the Service. The service has the right to extend the period of repair or exchange up to 30 calendar days and longer if the required repairs can not be carried out due to import / export restrictions on equipment and spare parts or other legal provisions or unforeseen circumstances preventing repairs.
18. The consignment with the complainted product must be marked with the RMA number generated in the complaint system: www. reklamacje.kgktrade.pl. Complaints not submitted in the complaint system reklamacje.kgktrade.pl will not be accepted.
19. Defective Product or its parts, which have been replaced in the case of warranty repairs, become the property of the Service.

24. In case of suspected violation of the shipment or damage of the Product during transport, please use the following procedure:
a. after receiving the parcel each time check the condition of the package in the presence of the courier (the parcel should be secured with tape if it is not or is in any way violated, this means that the parcel was opened by unauthorized persons),
b. each time you should unpack and check the contents of the parcel in the presence of the courier and in case of damage to the content, draw up an appropriate damage report, then contact the Authorized Service of the Guarantor and inform about the situation.
25. The Guarantor informs that this warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the Buyer’s rights under the provisions of the warranty for defects in the item sold.
