Faulty or damaged goods can be advertised at the point of sale, where it was purchased or directly from the manufacturer Xblitz. To speed up the process of complaint processing, proof of purchase and a description of the problem should be provided with the product. It is not necessary to deliver the product in the original packaging. If additional accessories were included in the set, they should also be returned to the service if their operation may affect the functioning of the entire device.
• The guarantee is granted for a period of 24 months, counting from the date of sale of the product stored in the warranty card or on the sales document.
• The guarantee is valid on the territory of Poland.
• Defects disclosed during the warranty period will be removed free of charge by the Xblitz brand service.
• Any defects or damage to the equipment disclosed and reported during the warranty period will be removed free of charge within 21 business days, but in justified cases (import of spare parts from abroad) this deadline may be extended by another 30 days. Equipment that has not been removed from the site within 3 months of repair has been forfeited. In the case of returning the product for repair, where no defect has been found, the consumer will be charged with the cost of expertise PLN 100.
The advertised device should be sent in the original or replacement packaging that provides adequate security during transport.
The device sent to the service must be complete, all essential elements of the equipment should be in the parcel. Some faults may be caused by incorrect operation of individual components, failure to send the entire set will prevent accurate verification of the fault. Complaints of incomplete devices may be rejected or suspended until the remaining items are delivered at the expense of the applicant.
WARNING: We are not liable for damage caused during transport and resulting from inadequate protection of the contents of the shipment.
Advertised goods delivered after 12 o’clock are accepted for service the next business day.
